I had the best experience buying a house using Debbi McCune with Next Phase Realty! I was in a strange situation where I was having to house hunt while living outside the country, and my husband was gone for work in another time zone. Debbi was so accommodating juggling the three different time zones to show us houses, reply to emails, answer all our questions as first-time home buyers, etc. We were able to complete the entire process of buying our house from overseas and were able to sleep in our new home directly after our plane landed after our international travel. I emailed a few REALTORS at the start of the process and chose Debbi because she thoroughly answered all my initial questions and included links to resources without me even needing to ask. We did a video call and I knew we were in good hands immediately! I would recommend her to everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We give Debbi total credit for an easy home-buying experience. We moved from Keizer and found our forever home on one trip over the mountain. Debbi showed us a number of homes that were within our price range and targeted the amenities we had discussed. We knew the home-buying market was very competitive in Central Oregon, and Debbi prepared us for this truth ahead of time. We found her to be open, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to get us into the home which was our first choice. We are forever grateful.

Debbie was very knowledgeable about the buying process and thoroughly went through everything with us. Debbie was very professional and got back to me very quickly every time I had a question. Debbi goes above and beyond what would be expected in a seller/REALTOR relationship. She is professional, and courteous, and does all that she can to assure that your property is sold in a timely manner. She was immediately responsive to all of our questions and needs and worked tirelessly to assure that we had the right price.

One of the biggest factors for me is her calming approach to making things work out. Debbi did not present me with homes out of my personal budget or likes. She remained respectful of my goals and not focused on her own goals and desired outcomes.

I believe that this was Donna's first real estate sale, and she was a joy to work with through the whole transaction. She met me at the property many times to show me more details of the property, and that was much appreciated.
